By allowing their employees to focus on team leadership, the superior levels are bound to move up. They will also help in contributing ideas that are effective in supporting the growth of a business.

Managers and leaders born in the millennium era are very loyal to themselves and to their colleagues. They understand their strengths and weaknesses. The main strength is the ability to enhance interpersonal skills. Communicating with people requires caution to their feelings, beliefs, and attitudes.
